Cashless Refunds
If you still have credit left on your prepaid card, you can request a refund.
You can request a refund from Friday, 8 May 2026 until Wednesday, 20 May 2026.
An administrative fee of €3,50 will be deducted from each refund.
After Wednesday, 20 May 2026, the balance of the prepaid card will automatically reset to €0,00.

Lost or found something at Flashback?
After Flashback you can contact the administrative service center of Lotto Arena (+32 (0)3 400 40 40, every working day from 09:00h till 12:00h and from 13:00h till 17:00h).
Merchandise
Merchandise is available through the official webshop: Bass Events and Flashback merchandise.
